1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical errors from our side

  • Service not delivered as promised (subject to verification)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after service begins

  • Delay caused by customer non-responsiveness

  • Customized plans already initiated or delivered

3. Refund Process

  • Requests must be made via email to info@educationsarena.com within 7 days of the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
